Privacy on relais360.com
This page explains what we do with the information left in the “Book a demo” form, and when you subscribe online. The Relais 360 apps used by each delivery company have their own policy, shown in the app.
What we collect
Only what you type in the form: your name, your company's name, your email and, if you provide them, your phone number, your number of drivers and your message. This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising tools and no analytics tools.
Subscribing online
Plans are paid on the secure page of Stripe, our payment provider. We never see your card number. Stripe sends us your name, your email, your company's name, your billing address and the status of your subscription, so we can bill you, send your receipts and set up your space. This information is kept as long as you are subscribed, then 6 years for our accounting and tax obligations.
Why
To reply to you and organize the demo you asked for. We don't sell or lend your information, and we don't add you to any mailing list.
Where it is kept, and who handles it
- Google Cloud (Firebase), in Montréal: your request is stored there.
- Brevo: the email service that forwards your request to admin@relais360.com.
- Stripe: subscription payments (credit card, receipts).
How long
At most 2 years after your request, then it is deleted automatically. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to admin@relais360.com.
